At Amazon Development Center, Hyderabad, I currently manage 40+ enterprise seller accounts daily across all 10 EU Amazon marketplaces. As a team POC for ACHT, Resolve Rate, and Reopen Rate, I lead cross-functional improvement with Operations, Marketplace, Finance, and Product to help the team hit performance benchmarks while maintaining near-perfect quality.
I’ve consistently translated customer needs into growth through upselling and cross-selling.
