I’m seeking a remote Customer Success Account Manager role where I can drive Net ARR growth and strategic customer outcomes at scale—partnering cross-functionally to improve retention, performance metrics, and long-term account health.

I’m a Customer Success and Account Management professional with 6+ years of experience driving revenue growth, managing large customer portfolios, and building strategic business relationships across e-commerce, banking, and business development. I focus on measurable outcomes—Net ARR growth, retention, and performance discipline.

At Amazon Development Center, Hyderabad, I currently manage 40+ enterprise seller accounts daily across all 10 EU Amazon marketplaces. As a team POC for ACHT, Resolve Rate, and Reopen Rate, I lead cross-functional improvement with Operations, Marketplace, Finance, and Product to help the team hit performance benchmarks while maintaining near-perfect quality.

I’ve consistently translated customer needs into growth through upselling and cross-selling. At Byju’s, I generated 3+ lakhs revenue in my first month, and at ICICI Bank I drove cross-sell and upsell strategies across 1,000+ privileged banking customers—expanding portfolio revenue and share-of-wallet.

I also invest in people and process. I’ve onboarded and coached 8 cohorts (~50+ associates), designed individualized performance plans, and supported workforce planning and SLAs. Alongside this, I’m the founder of LexEra Legal Technologies—an AI-powered legal SaaS in working-prototype stage (Next.js, Supabase, Razorpay)—and I bring that hands-on product mindset back into how I serve customers.
