At Roland Manufacturing Malaysia / MI Services Malaysia, I advise management on employment terms, employee relations, contracts, transfers, policy governance and privacy risks across two entities. I also coordinate recruitment, HR reporting and workforce compliance.
Across my HR work, I independently developed policies, SOPs, work instructions and employee lifecycle processes. I designed appraisal systems, KPI frameworks and costing templates, and created a prototype ATS-style screening workflow using Google Forms and Sheets.
As an independent HR consultant, corporate trainer and part-time lecturer, I delivered consultancy for three organisations and training for approximately 20 companies.
