- Oversee and administer all leave: FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and ADA
- Complete accurate timecoding for employees during leave
- Process and review department transactions in the HR systems
- Direct and review all performance reviews
- Lead monthly random drug testing for non-DOT and DOT employees
- Serve as an HR consultant for all divisions of Charlotte Water

- Complete payroll for the Administration division
- Assist with recruitment duties: phone screens, schedule interviews, coordinate virtual interview invites
- Coordinate background process as stated in conditional offer for selected candidates
- Input new hires, transfers, terminations, and other job data actions in accordance with proper processing standards
- Process mid-year and annual PRDs

- Administration of all Human Resources programs: onboarding, policies and procedures, insurance plans, benefit enrollment, and background checks and drug screens
- Field employee salary administration, employee status, personnel database, employee records, paid time off (PTO), and terminations
- Contract management for all Amentum employees: project data reporting, rate negotiations, and project

- Process payroll for 40+ partners
- Create the weekly schedule
- Interview, onboard, and train future partners
- Establish inventory management success by setting pars and schematics
- Provide information on company's 401k, healthcare, and stock plans
- Facilitate and implement company policies through the Weekly Update, monthly calendar, and cascade of information via Shift Supervisors

- Execute store operations (pastry/sandwich pull, cash management, and facilitate breaks)
- Follow and implement operational and cash management policies
- Create positive team morale
- Promote a learning environment

- Maintain the Third Place Environment (to create a place of warmth and belonging)
