I seek HR roles where I can manage payroll and benefits, ensure compliance, support onboarding, and grow expertise in employment law within collaborative teams.

I am a motivated HR professional with hands-on experience in payroll data entry, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. I currently support payroll and HR operations for 50+ employees, prepare HR and payroll reports in Excel, manage employee records, and educate staff and managers on FMLA, FLSA, unemployment procedures, and company policy.

I'm pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources and Employment Law to deepen my labor law and HR compliance expertise. I bring strong attention to detail, bilingual communication (English and Spanish), and a dedication to building collaborative, efficient, and high-performing HR teams.
