At WSD (WallStreetDocs), I deliver document automation workflows used by Tier-1 banks, including CIBC, Bank of America, Citi, Barclays and BBVA. I’ve completed 44 workflow projects and change requests from requirements through production.

I’ve also resolved production incidents, including a race condition that created duplicate workflow instances in a Citi process. For BBVA, I extended a publishing workflow to support combinations of languages and jurisdictions, replacing manual runs for each combination.

At SOFTPLAN, I designed and implemented BPM flows using JavaScript and SQL, and built Python automations for Excel-based data workflows that increased team productivity by 98%. I also created ETL processes, handled API integrations and delivered complex SQL reports to clients.
