I’m a Customer Service and Administrative professional with experience in non-voice customer support, hospitality, front desk operations, and office administration. I focus on resolving customer concerns, multitasking, and delivering excellent customer service through clear, responsive communication.

In my non-voice role, I resolved customer inquiries via chat and email, processed customer requests, and maintained high service quality. I also supported front desk operations—managing check-ins, reservations, guest inquiries, and interdepartmental coordination—so issues move smoothly from request to resolution.

I bring strong problem solving, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel skills, and a service-first mindset to every shift.
