At Mosaic North America, I owned the automation layer behind Google’s first-party retail field-sales program across teams in the US, Canada, and Mexico. I shipped eight production automations that returned 250+ hours annually, reduced onboarding time by about 60%, and synchronized access for 200+ users.

I trace operational failures to their source, then build systems that prevent them from recurring. For Google’s Mexico Red Zone pilot, I built a reporting pipeline for 172 stores in one week; at Embed, I redesigned fulfillment workflows to move profitability from 46% to 62% in three months.

I work across operations, data, automation, and client-facing teams, using tools such as Google Apps Script, Python, SQL, BigQuery, Looker, Salesforce, and NetSuite. I build visible, auditable workflows and write runbooks so teams can operate confidently without depending on me.
