I am an Operations & Data Support Specialist with a B.S. in Computer Science and a Minor in Psychology, experienced supporting distributed teams and multi-location workflows. I focus on improving operational visibility and reducing administrative friction through organized tracking and automation.

I combine technical fluency in Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and dashboarding with clear communication, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder support. I have designed standardized reporting systems that improved visibility and reduced follow-up errors across multiple locations.

My analytics work includes end-to-end pipelines: data cleaning and transformation, KPI design, exploratory analysis, and interactive dashboards. I built reusable frameworks and a 15+ view Tableau HR analytics dashboard modeled after enterprise People Analytics reporting.
