I'm looking for a travel support role where I can help customers throughout their journey, solve booking and itinerary concerns, and continue learning new tools and skills.

I've supported travelers at Expedia Group and Perk, handling bookings, changes, cancellations, refunds, complaints, and travel-related concerns.

At Perk, I assist business travelers from booking and itinerary planning through every stage of their journey. I use Amadeus GDS, Farelogix, Trainline Global, TravelFusion, and Zendesk across email, chat, and calls.

I focus on understanding each traveler’s needs, solving problems, and providing the right support throughout their trip.
