At h&k, I designed and built an AI engineering platform that takes a natural-language change request through analysis, specification, implementation and testing, with human approval at every gate. Its GraphRAG system grounds generated statements in real code and makes them traceable to source symbols.
At Touchstone Crystal, I designed and deployed a RAG conversational agent for the product catalog, using Pinecone semantic search and n8n orchestration to improve product discovery. I also led the rewrite of Shopping Cart and Checkout in React using an LLM-assisted development workflow.
Before that, at NextWave Logistics, I designed and developed an enterprise platform integrating CMS, eCommerce and consultant-facing portals, including product catalog, order management and commission systems. Across my work, I’ve focused on taking distributed systems from architecture through implementation and production.
