I’m looking to lead resilient, event-driven platform architecture with distributed, remote-first teams—mentoring engineers, running workshops, and using AI agents responsibly to speed migrations, testing, and delivery.

I’m a Software Architect and Engineering Leader with 12+ years of experience designing and scaling complex web systems for distributed, remote-first teams across Europe and Latin America. I specialize in transforming legacy implementations into resilient, event-driven architectures using Domain-Driven Design and Event Sourcing.

I combine hands-on technical depth with a track record of mentoring engineers, running architecture workshops, and translating business goals into technical roadmaps. I’ve led DDD and requirements strategy workshops, stabilized workflows, and helped teams build durable architectural practices beyond a single point of contact.
