What I'm looking for

I’m seeking senior technical roles where I can define architecture, mentor teams, and deliver scalable, reliable backend platforms within Agile, product-focused organizations.

I am a Senior Software Engineer and Software Architect with over a decade building scalable, high-availability systems, specializing in Python-based backend architectures and cloud deployments. I have led technical vision and mentored engineering teams across startups and established platforms, implementing Agile practices and improving development efficiency.

I've architected event-driven, CQRS systems with full auditability, designed flexible APIs and query languages, and delivered observability and metrics solutions using TimescaleDB and ECharts. I have hands-on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm), CI/CD (GitLab CI), and infrastructure as code for HA deployments.

In leadership roles I have restructured teams into product-centric units, defined roadmaps, standardized processes with Jira, and driven technical improvements to stability, maintainability, and scalability. I seek roles where I can shape architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver reliable, performant platforms.
