At Blue Code Solutions, I’m the technical lead in a two-engineer team building an internal RAG platform with multilingual search and response-quality monitoring. I designed it to switch between local and API-based LLMs through configuration, supporting on-premise processing of sensitive data.
For Flexpedia, I designed an AI development workflow covering the ticket lifecycle across 14 repositories, using agents and custom MCP servers. I also develop backend features and integrate AI capabilities into the platform.
For Salesupply, I built the orchestrator for an AI pipeline that assesses customer-service quality across calls, emails, and chats in English and Dutch, with personal-data anonymisation. Across staffing, e-commerce, and fintech projects, I’ve also developed API integrations and data platforms.
