What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use Epic to coordinate patient care, communicate clearly, and keep workflows moving. I enjoy teamwork across departments, and I’d like opportunities to take on more responsibility and improve the patient/customer experience.

I currently work as an Access Service Representative at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where I use the Epic system daily to check lab results, handle medication refill requests, and answer patients’ questions about procedures. I schedule appointments and follow-ups while coordinating with clinical teams to keep care moving smoothly, with a strong focus on clear communication and patient confidence.

Previously, I served as General Manager/Manager at Angelika Film Center & Cafe, leading a team of 40+ employees with scheduling, coaching, and day-to-day support to maintain a positive work environment. I also managed weekly payroll and inventory and prepared quarterly P&Ls to track financial performance—balancing operational needs with delivering excellent customer experiences.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Venue Arts, creating digital renderings of design concepts for sales pitches and researching locations for holiday decor art pieces and installations. My background in graphic design education and studio-based communication design, plus my comfort with tools like Photoshop and InDesign, keeps me detail-driven and quality-focused wherever I’m helping people get results.
