I have freelanced since 2017, working with varied brands to meet client needs, budgets, and timelines while self-teaching tools as projects required.

Most recently, I progressed from retail associate to Customer Service Manager at Hobby Lobby, where I managed store front operations, scheduling, training, and customer relations, always emphasizing professionalism and adherence to corporate procedures.
