I am a program and people-focused leader with over a decade of experience in designing and managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within the education and nonprofit sectors. My expertise lies in remote-first program design, training development, change management, and culture-building. I have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, implementing employee engagement strategies, and leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement.

In my current role as Director of AmeriCorps Services at Improve Your Tomorrow, I lead remote-first program operations for over 200 AmeriCorps members across three states. I ensure alignment with federal AmeriCorps compliance and organizational goals while managing cross-functional teams to cultivate a collaborative culture. My experience also includes developing training programs and change management strategies that enhance member engagement and operational consistency.

Previously, I served as a Resident Director at Stanford University, where I developed training for over 300 student leaders and analyzed student wellbeing data to inform support strategies for more than 1,000 students. My commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion has been a cornerstone of my career, as I have directed DEI initiatives and strategic plans at Menlo College, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and enhancing student engagement.
