At the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering, I lead strategic development and administration for GCSP and CURVE. I created data collection instruments that informed program decisions, growth, student success, and continuous improvement.

I also facilitated engagement across more than 100 universities in the Grand Challenges Scholars Program Network and maintained fiscal responsibility for a $250,000 program allocation. To support student engagement, I established management systems using Salesforce and Canvas.

At California Northstate University College of Medicine, I contributed to LCME accreditation work, developed health equity and service-learning opportunities, and managed student affairs and diversity pipeline programming. My work spans academic medicine, community partnerships, workforce development, and organizational change; I hold an EdD in Organizational Change & Leadership and am pursuing an MPH.
