I'm seeking a remote operations coordination, administrative support, project coordination, or workflow management role with long-term growth potential and flexibility.

I've managed high-volume store and production operations at The UPS Store and MacDill Air Force Base Arts & Crafts, coordinating customer orders, schedules, vendors, inventory, and daily priorities.

During a temporary Operations Manager assignment at MacDill Air Force Base Arts & Crafts, I maintained continuity through leadership absences, transitions, and furlough periods while overseeing financial reconciliation, procurement, compliance documentation, production workflows, and project timelines.

I also design and produce graphics, signage, awards, and promotional materials, preparing files for printing, sublimation, and laser engraving while helping customers move projects from intake to completion.
