What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service leadership role where I can lead shifts, solve problems quickly, and support guests or clients with empathy—using my retail management, med-tech/phlebotomy readiness, and strong communication.

I bring 8 years of customer service experience across food and retail, with a track record of strong communication, upselling, and staying productive under pressure. I’m highly motivated, a team player, and known for handling customer needs with professionalism—from greeting and serving to resolving issues quickly.

I’ve also stepped into leadership and care roles, including opening/closing a retail store as a Shift Manager/Key Holder and supporting residents as a CNA and Activity Leader.
