I’ve led fast-paced operations as a Shift Manager, running shifts for up to 9 hours by myself with 4–7 employees. I’m confident with inventory counting, verifying safe totals, completing store ring out, and keeping the store neat and clean for QA and/or Health inspector.
I also bring strong customer-focused service from both restaurant and custodial work—cleaning lobby areas, shampooing carpets, handling laundry, and assisting housekeeping. Earlier warehouse experience includes pulling orders with an electronic jack pallet, meeting production timelines, and working perishable grocery conditions to get orders out accurately.
