I'm looking to apply my laboratory accreditation, compliance workflow, customer support, and process-improvement experience in a role focused on clear guidance, accurate case management, and cross-functional resolution.

At the College of American Pathologists, I manage pre-inspection and accreditation-cycle processes for laboratories, including initial and reaccreditation applications, updates, and maintenance.

I guide program participants through application requirements, inspection preparation, timelines, and next steps while resolving complex cases involving laboratory changes, reinstatements, mergers, and specialized international scenarios.

I also create workflow resources and training materials, coach Operations staff, and partner with regulatory, technical, inspection, and customer teams to move cases toward resolution.
