As a Medical Receptionist, I manage patient scheduling, coordinate provider appointments, and utilize EMR systems to maintain accurate patient information. I greet patients, handle front desk operations, collect payments, and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.

In my role as a Medical Insurance Verifier, I conduct insurance verifications for various plans, assist patients with understanding their benefits, and prepare reports on verification activities to ensure accurate financial expectations.

As a Data Officer, I organized letter writing events to encourage voting, collaborated with political organizations, managed data entry for new members, and trained incoming data volunteers.

As a Research Assistant, I interviewed incarcerated women, collected their stories, transcribed interviews in English and Spanish, and provided summaries to support research on recidivism.

As a Data Intern, I anonymized data for projects, compiled a data manual for future reference, and contributed to developing a case management system to enhance holistic representation.
