I’m a detail-oriented and recently graduated Medical Administration professional with a solid foundation in electronic health records (EHR) management, insurance verification, and medical terminology. I focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and smooth patient workflows from scheduling through documentation.

Through my externship, I handled confidential patient files with strict HIPAA regulations. I completed 165 hours supporting key front-office responsibilities including schedule patient appointments, insurance verification, and patient call backs.
