At Sunrise Senior Living, I support HR systems including iCIMS, Workday, ADP, and UKG, and produce Power BI reports on workforce trends, headcount, turnover, and other HR measures. I also manage HRIS and ATS data, troubleshoot system issues, and support employees with benefits and HR processes.
Previously, I recruited technical candidates at Synerfac Technical Staffing and handled payroll and HR coordination at Marriott International and Marine Corps Community Services Okinawa Japan NF 3. My work has included recruiting and onboarding, payroll processing, employee training, and advising on HR policies and programs.
