What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve patient outcomes, access to care, and operational efficiency through care management, patient advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and program coordination.

At Malama Health, I manage an intensive caseload of 35+ patients, developing individualized care plans and coordinating medical, dental, behavioral health, and community-based services.

I've supported the California Newborn Hearing Screening Program at Natus Medical, managing 14–25 cases daily and helping families access Early Start, Audiology, Otolaryngology, and California Children’s Services.

My background also includes direct oncology and acute-care support at Loma Linda University Medical Center, where I documented care in EPIC, trained staff, and supported nursing and physician teams. I bring bilingual English/Spanish patient education, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and a focus on continuity of care.
