’m an experienced healthcare administrative professional with a strong background in care coordination, client services, and project management. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked in hospital settings, federal medical facilities, and private consulting, consistently earning recognition for my organizational skills, client communication, and commitment to patient-centered service.
In my most recent role as a Program Manager and Client Care Coordinator, I managed projects from initiation to wrap-up, scheduled and led meetings, supported onboarding, and provided ongoing support to clients. I’ve also served as an Administrative Secretary and Associate in hospital environments, supporting directors, coordinating care across departments, managing office inventory, and facilitating physician collaboration for patient treatment plans.
