As a Consultant, I lead EHR implementation and optimization projects across Behavioral Health, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational goals. I manage a team of consultants, analysts, and technical staff to deliver high-quality health IT solutions.

I saved the department $70k in revenue through analysis of provider reconciliation and patient intake. I also participated in testing and updates, including upgrades, system updates, user builds, and enhancements in Allscripts Touchworks.

I managed 18 full-time employees in the electronic medical records department, utilizing 3M and EPIC systems. I analyzed charts for physician deficiencies, release of information, and vital statistics, and served as Project Manager.

I planned, organized, and supervised the work of 19 FTEs, managing a master patient index and providing project management support. I analyzed data, monitored procedures, and trained management and staff on electronic health records.
