I’m an experienced Clinical Operations Manager with over 10 years in healthcare, specializing in team management, protocol development, and quality assurance across 15 offices. I bring hands-on clinical support alongside strong leadership, with a focus on chronic disease management and continuous improvement.

In my current role, I manage and support medical assistants across 15 locations to keep daily operations running smoothly. I developed new protocols to standardize procedures and improve patient care, conducted quality assurance checks, and trained and guided new onboarding team members to ensure readiness and compliance.

I’ve also worked closely with leadership to enhance productivity and patient care, addressing patient complaints with practical solutions. From managing prior authorizations and medication workflows under provider supervision to supporting preventive and annual care for managed care patients, I’m driven to make clinics more efficient while improving outcomes.
