I'm looking to build and scale practical, data-backed talent infrastructure with founders and leaders in fast-growth, high-ambiguity environments, especially where workforce planning, technical recruiting, and organizational design directly support ambitious product roadmaps.

I've built 0-to-1 talent acquisition infrastructure at Verterra Energy, delivering 12 foundational engineering and leadership hires in 10 months and implementing Greenhouse ATS end-to-end in 14 days.

Across Anno.ai and my talent consulting practice at Polaris, Goodwin & Vaia Talent, I lead technical recruiting, talent intelligence, workforce planning, and hard-to-fill searches for AI, machine learning, defense technology, robotics, and engineering teams. I partner with founders and hiring leaders to turn product roadmaps into headcount plans, structured interviews, calibrated scorecards, and data-driven sourcing strategies.
