I am an HR project manager with extensive experience leading ATS and HRIS implementations, including SmartRecruiters and Workday integrations across multiple countries.
As a Project Lead I defined reporting structures and KPIs, managed configuration and testing, and ensured system integration and process harmonization across European entities. I designed and launched an onboarding concept for a newly formed recruiting team and led the onboarding of ten colleagues.
Previously I worked as a recruiter and consultant managing end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain, executing market and industry analyses, candidate sourcing and contract negotiations.
