In addition to my role in the travel industry, I have worked as a Call Center Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance and Doordash, where I developed strong communication skills through handling customer inquiries via phone and email. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and English from Universidad Popular del Cesar, where I also served as an English teacher practicant, further solidifying my commitment to education and language.
