I'm looking for an internal SaaS role focused on structured problem solving, commercial and operational improvement, analytics, automation, and cross-functional work with Sales, Finance, Product, and leadership.

I've led data, AI, and operations at KNOW for a platform with 10M daily users, building SherLOQ, a Jira-integrated AI workflow that cut insight turnaround from four days to 30 minutes. I also built systems for client sentiment, renewal risk, and churn signals, while managing data and operations teams.
