At Schlumberger Trinidad Inc., I supported HR, payroll, and employee mobility compliance, including employee-submitted ethics reports and workforce investigations. I also designed and implemented an employee movement tracking application to improve visibility, reporting accuracy, and compliance monitoring.
As an HR Payroll Analyst, I participated in SLB’s Engage to Excel employee survey and supported the Finance/HR team’s review of feedback and implementation of team-level improvements. I also supported employee recognition, wellness, and team initiatives.
Earlier at Schlumberger Trinidad Inc., I worked across financial analysis, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. As Accounts Payable Supervisor, I supervised and developed administrative accounting staff; as Accounts Receivables & Billings Supervisor, I led receivables personnel and implemented controls to improve documentation accuracy and compliance.
Today, I founded and manage Island Body Essence, overseeing operations, procurement, and inventory systems. I also founded Happy on Purpose, where I provide life coaching and created a coaching journal focused on self-reflection and personal development.
