At Blue Cross Blue Shield, I administer identity and access across Active Directory, RACF/z/OS, Microsoft 365, and business applications. I process Joiner/Mover/Leaver changes and provision role-based access while enforcing least-privilege controls.
I’m the operational custodian for 278 production Enterprise Security Access Templates, handling their creation, modification, deployment, recertification, and archival. I took ownership of an overdue recertification function and brought it from about three months behind schedule to about two months ahead of deadlines.
Since July 2025, I’ve processed more than 5,100 IAM requests while maintaining template and governance responsibilities. I also built Excel/VBA tools to standardize operational communications and automate restricted-group owner recertification emails.
At TD Bank, I delivered L1/L2 technical support and administered identity and access for enterprise users. I created VBA macros and Python scripts to reduce repetitive work, and authored knowledge-base articles and employee guides.
