What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can run day-to-day operations and project delivery—using SOPs, KPI reporting, vendor management, and marketing lead tracking to keep work on-time, on-budget, and continuously improving.

I oversee operations for Streamline Painting Inc., balancing field and office execution with strategic planning, daily coordination, P&L oversight, and cross-department support to keep business objectives on track.

I manage crew scheduling and resources to meet project timelines, while leading marketing operations—planning campaigns (digital and print), managing lead flow and conversion tracking, and keeping marketing analytics current.

I’ve built and maintained SOPs, quality checks, and onboarding workflows to improve job consistency and reduce rework, and I manage vendor relationships, materials procurement, and inventory controls to avoid supply delays and control costs.

I also coordinate hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance coaching for technicians and office staff, track operational and marketing KPIs, and use reporting to drive continuous improvement—plus I’ve managed residential and commercial projects as a Project Manager at Gillespie Handyman Inc.
