I’m looking to lead People strategy at an organization that values AI-enabled workforce transformation, data-driven workforce planning, and culture that scales—partnering closely with the CEO and Board to deliver growth and employee experience.

I’m a Strategic Chief People Officer with 20+ years leading People strategy for high-growth, cybersecurity, and private equity-backed organizations. I partner with CEOs, executive leadership teams, and Boards to drive organizational transformation, culture change, and AI-enabled workforce strategy.

Across my career, I’ve supported workforce scaling from 27 to 165+ employees while maintaining high-performing cultures. I’ve also helped contribute to growth from $10M to $21M through strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational scaling.

I’ve led enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled workflows that improved productivity, recruiting, onboarding, knowledge management, and organizational decision-making. As part of an AI-first operating philosophy, I’ve led generative AI adoption across recruiting, onboarding, and decision-making—using tools including ChatGPT and Claude.

My track record includes executive support through acquisitions and successful post-acquisition integrations, with experiences spanning Crypsis → Palo Alto Networks and Tetra Defense → Arctic Wolf. I’m energized by building People organizations that combine rigorous workforce analytics with a strong employee experience—such as sustaining voluntary attrition of 5.1% in a rapidly scaling, fully remote environment.
