What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead HR strategy and digital transformation for a growing organization, building scalable people operations, AI-enabled workflows, strong talent practices, and an employee experience that supports growth.

I've led HR transformation and workforce growth at ONX, scaling a private equity-backed construction and precast manufacturing organization from 43 employees to approximately 800 while building a 14-member shared services HR organization across U.S. and offshore operations. I delivered an estimated 30% ROI through retention, automation, workforce planning, benefits design, and vendor negotiations.

I'm currently building the HR function at Ambar Technologies, converting manual processes into technology-enabled employee lifecycle workflows. Across construction, manufacturing, aviation, hospitality, retail, and customer service, I've implemented Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, advanced employee self-service and people analytics, and use Claude and Generative AI to improve HR content, workflows, communications, and service delivery.
