I have built my career in companies that are scaling, shifting, and figuring out what the next version of the business needs to become. My strongest work has been at the intersection of people strategy, operating model, and business transformation, especially in SaaS, AI-native, and globally distributed environments where speed, clarity, and culture all matter. Most recently, I have led People strategy at A.Team as the company evolves from a talent marketplace into an AI-native systems integrator. In that role, I partner closely with the CEO, executive team, and board on organizational design, workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, compensation, succession planning, AI adoption, and culture. The work has required building operating discipline during a real business transformation: clarifying ownership, strengthening accountability, improving leadership rhythms, and aligning our People strategy to enterprise expansion, AI delivery capability, and GTM growth. Across a distributed team operating in 22 countries, I increased employee eNPS by 8 points while strengthening performance standards, manager accountability, and leadership consistency. Before A.Team, I built and scaled the global People function at DeleteMe from the ground up, helping the company grow from 50 to 200+ employees across 5+ countries. I built the foundational People systems required for scale, including performance management, compensation, engagement, manager enablement, global HR operations, and international expansion. During that time, I raised eNPS by 15 points, reduced regrettable attrition, improved management effectiveness by 30%, increased underrepresented hiring outcomes by 20%, and opened compliant international operations in India while expanding hiring into LATAM and EMEA. Earlier at Meta, I led through hypergrowth, scaling a recruiting team by 700% in six months and building onboarding and development programs that reduced ramp time by 40%. What I bring is a builder’s mindset and a transformation partner’s lens. I do not see People as a support function. I see it as one of the clearest levers a founder and executive team have to improve execution, leadership quality, talent density, and culture. I am at my best when a company has outgrown informal ways of operating and needs someone who can build the next version of the organization without slowing the business down. I am excited about opportunities to partner directly with founders and executive teams to scale the business, evolve the operating model, and build a company where high performance and humanity can coexist.
