What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to innovate in curriculum design and support diverse learners in a collaborative environment.

I am an experienced SPED teacher with over seven years of dedicated service in fostering a positive and dynamic learning environment for students. My journey in education has been marked by my commitment to curriculum development and instructional design, where I have successfully implemented engaging curricula tailored to meet the diverse needs of my students.

At Doyle Elementary, I had the privilege of working with 1st graders and kindergarten students in a resource setting. My efforts led to significant achievements, with 70% of my students meeting their ELA goals and 60% achieving their math goals by the end of the year. I believe in the power of collaboration and teamwork, which I practiced while co-teaching and facilitating meetings to ensure that each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) was followed meticulously.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in project management, data analysis, and technology integration, all aimed at enhancing the learning experience for my students. I am passionate about creating inclusive environments where every child can thrive, and I continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
