What I'm looking for

I seek a role in a forward-thinking district or organization where I can apply assessment and special education expertise, collaborate with teams, support student well-being, and grow toward NCSP licensure.

I am a certified PreK–12 special education teacher and current school psychology intern completing an NASP-approved Ed.S. program, bringing classroom and assessment experience across rural Alaska schools. I design differentiated instruction, develop IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans, and integrate culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices that center community values.

I conduct and interpret comprehensive psychoeducational assessments (e.g., Woodcock Johnson IV, WISC‑V, BASC‑3), use progress-monitoring data to evaluate interventions, and collaborate with families, paraeducators, and multidisciplinary teams within MTSS frameworks. I have managed caseloads, coordinated services, and taught both intervention-level and general education classes.

I also bring grant writing, program coordination, coaching, and volunteer leadership experience, and I am completing NCSP requirements while holding certifications in special education and multiple evidence-based behavior supports. I seek to support student success, well-being, and long-term professional impact in a forward-thinking district or organization.
