I am looking for opportunities that allow me to innovate in education and empower others through training and development.

I am a passionate educator with over six years of experience in Kentucky's public school system. My journey has been marked by a commitment to empowering students and fostering a collaborative learning environment. I have honed my skills in curriculum development, project management, and data-driven decision-making, which I believe are essential for driving success in any educational setting.

Currently, I serve as a Fifth Grade Teacher at Hustonville Elementary, where I lead the Social Studies and Science curriculum. My role involves implementing inquiry-based practices and collaborating with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies. Previously, I was a Team Lead at Covington Independent Public Schools, where I coordinated professional development and supported my peers in improving their teaching methods. I am eager to leverage my expertise in corporate training, instructional design, or educational consulting to make a broader impact.
