I seek instructional design or program leadership roles where I can build accessible, competency-based learning, collaborate with faculty and SMEs, use LMS and data to improve outcomes, and support inclusive, mission-driven organizations (remote or hybrid).

I am an instructional designer and higher education learning specialist with seven years of direct experience creating accessible, competency-based online and hybrid courses. I focus on learner-centered design that improves engagement and completion.

I built and launched a state-accredited Community Health Worker certification program, supervised AmeriCorps teams, and managed a $6M federal grant while applying WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, data dashboards, and collaborative SME partnerships to drive measurable program improvements.
