At Missouri Department of Social Services, I develop case-review processes across Child Care, Temporary Assistance, and SNAP to identify processing gaps and service-quality concerns. I analyze review data and turn findings into recommendations, training resources, and process improvements.
In Continuous Case Improvement, I coordinate a remote team of Case Analysts and prepare reports for state leadership and federal partners. I also use AI tools to support research, organize information, and improve administrative and data-informed workflows.
Previously, in SNAP Policy, I researched state and federal requirements, coordinated policy and system updates, and performed systems testing. I developed training materials and delivered presentations to Benefit Program Technicians.
Earlier roles in quality assurance, benefit services, and legal and administrative support included reviewing eligibility records, preparing findings reports, supervising office support employees, and conducting formal performance evaluations.
