At Missouri Department of Mental Health Division of developmental disabilities, I coordinate services for individuals and families, help them navigate resources, and maintain responsive communication.
I maintain electronic documentation in line with Medicaid waiver requirements, DMH standards, and state regulations. I also enter and maintain budget information to track funds accurately.
As a Support coordinator, I assist newer staff with documentation processes, waiver requirements, and service coordination procedures.
Earlier, I worked as a Records Technician at O’FALLON POLICE DEPARTMENT, a Victim Advocate at LINCOLN, and pike county prosecutor’s office, and an Investigator at State of Missouri Children’s Division. My work included organizing records, supporting victims through court proceedings, and investigating child abuse and neglect reports.
