In my previous role as a Customer Service Representative at First Bank Nigeria PLC, I honed my ability to build sustainable relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. My internship at Nigeria Television Authority allowed me to develop my reporting and editing skills, further enhancing my adaptability in fast-paced environments.
