Produced beers at a mixed automatic/manual large-scale regional craft brewery, operating production and cellar systems to meet volume and quality targets. Performed process control, sanitation, and equipment operation to support reliable batch production.

Oversaw brewing and tasting room operations during a period of rapid expansion, contributing to startup growth and retail management. Managed customer service, inventory, and brand visuals while supporting production scale-up.
