Hannah Parnell

I am a winemaking professional with deep expertise in fermentation management, cellar operations, and harvest leadership for still, sparkling, and fruit wines. I lead full-cycle production and custom crush programs, delivering consistent quality across approximately 105 tons of annual harvest.

I oversee fermentation strategies, cellar programs, racking, blending, stabilization, filtration, and barrel management with autonomy under Head Winemaker oversight. I manage sparkling production across pét-nat, force-carbonated, and méthode champenoise styles while maintaining and repairing bottling lines and cellar equipment.

I have a track record of producing award-winning wines recognized by Wine Enthusiast, the Colorado Governor’s Cup, and the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, including multiple Double Gold and Gold medals and 90-point scores. I also collaborate with partner wineries to produce bulk wines and client bottlings that achieve top competition results.

I supervise and mentor seasonal staff, coordinate harvest workflow, and serve as on-site lead when needed, fostering collaborative team culture. I combine technical precision with creative vision, and I have contributed to branding and digital marketing efforts that drove significant increases in reach and engagement.
