I’m a results-driven Production Supervisor with 7+ years of manufacturing experience leading teams in high-volume environments. I’m known for driving performance through clear KPI ownership while keeping operations safe, compliant, and focused on quality.
In my current role at Nestlé Purina PetCare, I lead daily operations and supervise 20+ employees per shift. I track and act on KPIs including OEE, downtime, yield, and waste, using corrective action plans to keep production moving and accountable.
I’ve consistently improved efficiency and reduced waste through process improvements and team accountability. I enforce safety, GMP, and quality standards, and I coach, train, and develop team members to strengthen productivity and engagement.
Before this, I worked as a Production Lead and started as a Machine Operator at Tenneco Automotive. That hands-on background helps me troubleshoot issues quickly, coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime, and maintain steady output.
