I am an experienced professional with a strong background in hospitality and food & beverage service and production. Throughout my career, I have worked in small to large scale enterprises, where I have honed my skills in managing day-to-day operations, establishing efficient systems, and ensuring quality control.
At Back 9 Golf and Entertainment, I currently serve as the Assistant General Manager, overseeing the front of house operations in a 75 Bay Golf & Entertainment Venue & Restaurant. In this role, I am responsible for managing a large staff, handling payroll and scheduling, and utilizing data analysis to improve business performance. I have also served as the Hospitality Manager, where I played a key role in the opening of the venue, hiring and training staff, and establishing policies and procedures.
Prior to my role at Back 9 Golf and Entertainment, I worked as the Lead Production Brewer at Daredevil Brewing Company, where I managed wort production, cellar management, and inventory. I also have experience as a Packaging Supervisor at Smoking Goose, where I supervised a team in production packaging, and as a Cellar/Packaging Lead at Central State Brewing, where I managed production logistics and established a barrel aging program.
