What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Chat Support, Customer Support or Customer Service Representative position where I can provide professional and timely assistance through chat, email and other digital channels.

At Jade’s lash and nail’s bar, I interacted directly with customers, answered questions about products and services, and helped them find options suited to their needs. I handled concerns, followed up when needed, and supported sales activities.

As a Caregiver at Mercylite hospital, I listened to clients’ concerns and responded to their individual needs while supporting their comfort, dignity and safety. I communicated with clients and family members and maintained confidentiality.
